Description

You will advise the board and executive leadership on corporate governance matters for a publicly-traded company, handling SEC filings, proxy statements, and entity management. This role involves drafting governance documents and ensuring public company compliance in a collaborative legal environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years in corporate governance, securities, or public company law
• Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and board governance practices
• Active US state bar license in good standing

Responsibilities

• Advise board and exec leadership on corporate governance
• Perform corporate secretarial work for public company
