💼 About This Role

You'll drive end-to-end GTM processes for a fast-growing AI company, building and optimizing sales territories and owning lead qualification and analytics. You will identify inefficiencies in current operations and design scalable solutions that enable the GTM team's success. This role offers exposure to cross-functional work with pricing, legal, and finance teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and optimize sales territories
• Own lead qualification and marketing campaign analytics
• Manage RFP response process flows
• Identify inefficiencies in GTM operations and design solutions

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or consulting
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

✨ Nice to Have

• SQL experience
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Previous 0-1 startup or operational experience
