Description

You will own the roadmap for Talent Management and Employee Experience platforms (SuccessFactors, Qualtrics), defining vision, aligning with business strategy, and delivering scalable solutions that improve performance, leadership pipelines, and engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years in HR technology product management with deep expertise in SuccessFactors Talent Management and Qualtrics HXM.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale, global HR tech projects.
• Strong understanding of performance management, succession planning, career development, and engagement best practices.
• Technical fluency with integrations, workflows, role-based permissions, analytics, and system architecture for SuccessFactors and Qualtrics.
• Skilled in Agile delivery methodologies and managing product backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate vision and roadmap for talent management and employee experience systems.
• Engage stakeholders to understand pain points, uncover opportunities, and align on priorities.
• Lead agile pods with clear requirements, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Own and maintain product backlog; prioritize based on business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Define success metrics (e.g., adoption rates, completion rates) and drive iterative improvements.
