You'll lead cross-functional programs across Product, Data Science Analytics, and Engineering teams at Roblox, a leading immersive 3D experience platform. Your work will keep program execution on track and improve operational workflows to scale the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead organization-wide programs
• Manage execution of cross-functional programs across Product, DSA, and Engineering
• Support data quality tracking and dashboard maintenance with Data Engineering
• Prepare status updates and program summaries for senior stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related role
• Solid understanding of data systems and analytics workflows
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple workstreams
• Clear, direct communicator comfortable operating in ambiguity
