Description

In this role, you will provide primary care to infants in a Montessori/RIE-based child development center, observing milestones and collaborating with families and colleagues. You'll contribute to a supportive classroom team and uphold best-in-class standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and MACTE Montessori or RIE training preferred
• 5+ years in an infant environment
• Skilled in observation techniques and documentation
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care-giving to 1-3 infants
• Observe and document developmental milestones
• Communicate with parents, leadership, and teachers
• Foster collaborative teaching culture
• Maintain accreditations and best-in-class standards
