💼 About This Role

You'll own the CI/CD platform that empowers Unity's development teams to ship with confidence. You'll build standardized deployment pipelines, GitOps workflows, and self-service tooling while influencing platform decisions that impact thousands of developers. This role offers high autonomy and collaboration with global teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
• Design self-service tools and runner infrastructure
• Collaborate with development and SRE teams across business units
• Drive platform improvements to reduce toil and increase reliability

📋 Requirements

• GCP experience designing and operating cloud-native CI/CD services
• Experience owning end-to-end deployment pipelines and GitOps workflows
• Proven track record in infrastructure as code at scale
• Ability to lead technical direction with minimal supervision

✨ Nice to Have

• AWS and Azure knowledge
• Experience with artifact management (JFrog Artifactory)
• Golang, Python, or Node.js experience
