You'll lead a hub team of 70-200 Runners to ensure smooth last-mile delivery operations. Your core impact is optimizing the process from goods reception to perfect customer delivery. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach, motivate, and lead a team of 70-200 Runners with supervisors and team leaders.
• Oversee the entire process from goods reception to perfect delivery.
• Create planning and rosters for the hub team.
• Act as main contact for runners and team leaders on salary, leave, contracts.

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant leadership experience.
• MBO or HBO level of thinking (Supply Chain background preferred).
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Full-time availability.
