You'll lead media strategy for a leading optical and imaging client's B2B transformation, bridging creative thinking with data-driven media. You'll act as the agency's media constructive challenger, owning channel mix, investment, and KPI setting. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own integrated media strategy aligned to commercial objectives and success metrics.
• Develop media spend plans and ROI models alongside Performance Marketing Director.
• Challenge client assumptions on channel mix, targeting, and measurement with evidence.
• Set measurement framework with KPIs and ensure accurate reporting and insights.
• Manage media partner relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure SOWs deliver outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in account management or media strategy.
• Demonstrable media strategy and planning across paid search, social, and programmatic.
• Proven ability to manage media budgets and commercial negotiations.
• Practical familiarity with ad tech tools (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, GA4).
