💼 About This Role

You'll drive end-to-end implementations for new health plan clients, partnering with cross-functional teams to refine best practices and create a repeatable playbook. Your work ensures seamless client launches and expands Cohere Health's market reach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive implementation end-to-end with client teams
• Assist teams in transitioning from pitch to close
• Partner with health plans and risk-bearing providers for product launch
• Manage project schedule, monitor status, and report progress

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in healthcare implementations with health plans
• High level of technical knowledge to liaise with engineering teams
• Exceptional communication skills in customer-facing roles
• Proven success running implementation work including project plan to execution

✨ Nice to Have

• Consulting experience preferred
• Familiarity with value-based care models and digital health trends
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and Excel
