You will develop, write, and maintain accessible website content for academic departments and faculty at the Naval Postgraduate School, using analytics to improve performance and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure clear, engaging communications.

Requirements

• 5 years experience with web content management systems, web analytics, and accessible content development.
• Demonstrated experience writing and reviewing website content using plain-language best practices.
• BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and maintain website content across academic and institutional web platforms.
• Ensure content meets accessibility standards, usability guidelines, and plain-language requirements.
• Use web analytics tools to evaluate content performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to gather information and translate it into clear web content.
• Review and update existing pages for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with messaging.
