🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary contact for complex employee relations cases
• Lead workplace investigations including interviews and summaries
• Coach managers on corrective action, discipline, and terminations
• Advise on performance management cases and policy interpretation

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years of hands-on ER experience in fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting California-based employer with CA employment law
• Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, and risk management
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (or ability to obtain within one year)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience mentoring or coaching within HR teams
• Exposure to international HR matters and expatriate support
• Warehouse/Data Center HR experience
