💼 About This Role

You'll perform and lead general repairs and maintenance of facilities with minimal supervision. You'll coordinate service providers and ensure minimal downtime for production and office staff. This role offers hands-on work with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on facilities equipment
• Respond to repair requests for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues
• Coordinate work of janitorial and other vendors
• Assist with employee moves and setup

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma with 5+ years experience in facility maintenance
• Ability to use standard powered and non-powered tools
• Working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of state safety orders for facilities activities

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading or coordinating work of others
• Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS)
