Description
As the Regional Director for Indonesia, you'll lead a high-performing sales team to develop and grow the Indonesian market, driving revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and partner relationships. You'll focus on recruitment, enablement, and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction and exceed sales targets.

- Proven experience growing opportunities in Indonesian market
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise software
- Track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow footprint in Indonesian market directly and via partners
- Coach sales team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives
- Enable team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline
- Proactively recruit and develop Enterprise Sales Executives
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and partners to drive growth
