Description
You will manage a portfolio of strategic French-speaking customers, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and retention of ComplyAdvantage's anti-money laundering SaaS platform. You'll act as a trusted advisor, drive product usage, and collaborate with internal teams to shape the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Native or near-native French language proficiency
- 2-4 years in a similar Customer Success role in B2B
- Comfortable working with C-Suite stakeholders
- Strong relationship management and coordination skills
- Interest in technology and basic grasp of APIs and cloud platforms
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic French-speaking customers throughout the entire lifecycle
- Be the dedicated contact and own the overall relationship with clients
- Ensure successful onboarding and implementation for new customers
- Provide proactive support to increase adoption and minimize churn
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities
