Description

As a CNA with BAYADA Home Health Care, you'll provide one-on-one personal care, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home. Following a written care plan, you'll assist with activities of daily living, meal prep, exercises, and medication reminders while developing close relationships with clients.

Requirements

• One year hands-on care experience OR Home Health Aide Certificate OR CNA License
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes
• Passion for caregiving and helping others
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Commitment to compassionate, excellent, and reliable care

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Assist with range of motion exercises and ambulation using mechanical lifting devices
• Take vital signs and provide medication reminders
