Description

You will drive qualified pipeline within enterprise accounts through strategic account expansion and new logo acquisition. You'll engage executive and technical stakeholders with consultative messaging to position Couchbase as the operational data platform for AI.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of enterprise SDR/ADR experience in complex B2B environments
  • Proven success prospecting into Fortune 1000 or large enterprise accounts
  • Ability to engage executive and senior technical stakeholders
  • Experience supporting expansion motions within existing enterprise accounts
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new stakeholders within existing enterprise customers for cross-sell and upsell
  • Prospect into high-priority ICP enterprise accounts using account-based engagement strategies
  • Execute structured daily workflows aligned to account owner strategy and buying group priorities
  • Engage VP+ executives and technical influencers with value-based messaging on AI readiness and modernization
  • Deliver high-quality meetings that convert into qualified opportunities and measurable pipeline
