Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to quickly build trust and credibility with clients
Open, compassionate, and sensitive to patient/caregiver experiences

Responsibilities

Conduct regular meetings with Account Team
Maintain close contact with team and be aware of all ongoing projects
Provide support, guidance, and resources as necessary
Confer with Account Team for internal issue resolutions related to project deliverables
