You'll lead internal operations and the office IT team at TrustYou, driving optimization of systems, tools, and processes to support scalable growth. Reporting to the CFO, you'll implement improvements that streamline workflows and boost productivity across international teams.

• Lead internal operations and office IT team
• Manage SaaS ecosystem, vendors, and IT spend
• Drive compliance, governance, and audit support
• Promote operational excellence and process innovation

📋 Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in business operations or related field
• Proven ability to manage teams and SaaS tools globally
• Experience with process optimization and AI tools
• Fluency in English (must); German is a plus
