💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end design for core areas of the Shapes platform, from discovery to launch. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to turn ambiguity into clarity and ship AI-powered HR experiences that feel simple yet thoughtful. This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of an AI-native people platform at an early-stage company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design for core platform areas.
• Deeply understand user personas: HR leaders, managers, employees.
• Design user journeys for complex HR processes and AI automations.
• Partner with PM and engineering from concept to rollout.

📋 Requirements

• 4–5+ years designing digital products, ideally B2B SaaS.
• A portfolio showing problem-solving and impact beyond polished UI.
• Strong interaction and UX skills plus solid visual craft.
• Experience working end-to-end: research, prototyping, implementation.
