💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical and operational control layer for AI governance and compliance across the company's AI-enabled capabilities. You'll ensure AI systems are supported by technical standards, review workflows, and risk management practices for safe deployment. This role works across Security, Legal, Privacy, Product, and Engineering to embed governance into delivery workflows and automate compliance operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and maintain governance framework for AI systems across lifecycle stages.
• Operate compliance processes for internal and external AI-related expectations.
• Partner with Security, Privacy, Legal, and Engineering to manage AI risks.
• Maintain inventories of AI systems, models, vendors, prompts, and datasets.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical product management, security engineering, or related field.
• Strong technical understanding of AI and software system lifecycles including APIs and model integration.
• Experience with governance, compliance, privacy, or security in software products.
• Proven ability to translate policy into technical workflows and engineering requirements.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with model risk management frameworks.
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, AI, or related discipline.
• Experience with control automation and embedding governance into CI/CD.
