Description

You will develop the strategy, key metrics, tools, and software services to assess how well the Direct to Cell network scales and serves millions of users globally. You'll work with operators, engineers, and external partners to ensure program growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, physics, mathematics, or STEM
• 1+ years of data/software engineering experience (internship applicable)
• Experience in analytics, data science, or machine learning
• Experience handling large (TB+) datasets
• Proficiency in SQL and an object-oriented language (C, C++, Python)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain mission-critical infrastructure, tools, and custom software for objective growth assessment
• Automate aggregation of metrics and detection of widespread application issues
• Establish relationships with key third-party application owners
• Lead technical investigations into chronic application-level issues
• Build ground-based software systems that ingest, transform, and store data
