You'll bridge Unity's Customer Success services—support, consulting, and training—with enterprise client needs in the AMER region. You'll drive adoption and long-term value as part of a global, collaborative team at the intersection of sales and customer success. This advisory role in a dynamic environment lets you influence how organizations use Unity's RT3D technology to innovate and transform their businesses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with AMER sales teams to qualify and position Customer Success products.
• Collaborate with technical experts to design tailored success solutions for clients.
• Track and report on Customer Success pipeline to support forecasting and growth.
• Work cross-functionally for smooth handoffs from pre-sales to execution.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience supporting sales teams with enterprise-level customer success or services.
• Strong understanding of SaaS or real-time 3D (RT3D) technologies.
• Ability to manage and analyze sales pipelines using CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Experience delivering client presentations that connect technical solutions to business outcomes.

• Familiarity with Unity ecosystem, RT3D workflows, or digital twin applications.
• Experience supporting enterprise or government clients in AMER.
• Knowledge of customer success methodologies or service delivery frameworks.
