Description

You will manage project and program coordination for venue transportation plans for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Your work ensures plans are deliverable, aligned, and continuously tested through test events and readiness simulations.

Requirements

• Experience in project/program management with risk and issue tracking.
• Experience with governance cycles, meeting management, and vendor coordination.
• Experience with procurement processes, contract administration, and NDAs (preferred).
• Experience coordinating large-scale hiring (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Venue Transport Master Schedule and track milestones, dependencies, risks, and change control.
• Develop dashboards for KPIs, readiness status, and vendor performance.
• Manage information, templates, document control, and knowledge management systems.
• Support planning and execution of test events, tabletop exercises, and readiness simulations.
• Organize internal meetings, working groups, and external coordination with agencies and partners.
