Description

As a Shift Leader at Blank Street, you'll lead a team to deliver quality coffee and exceptional customer experiences. You'll support the General Manager in training new employees, opening and closing the location, and driving sales initiatives to build a loyal neighborhood customer base.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or hospitality
• Strong knowledge of coffee and equipment
• Strong decision-making and multi-tasking skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace in high-volume environments

Responsibilities

• Craft coffee products and serve customers with energy and empathy
• Support GM and Training Team to train new employees and ensure recipe adherence
• Open and close location safely as key holder; ensure cleaning duties are followed
• Handle minor customer issues positively
• Lead initiatives with operations and marketing teams to increase sales and foot traffic
