💼 About This Role

You'll partner with supply chain leaders to own forecasting, labor planning, and cost optimization across a fast-growing fulfillment network. You'll build driver-based models and develop real-time KPIs that drive accountability and EBITDA performance. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations—shaping decisions, not just reporting on them.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own AOP and reforecasting for supply chain cost centers
• Lead weekly labor planning across fulfillment centers
• Develop scenario and sensitivity frameworks for cost drivers
• Deliver executive-ready reporting for WBR/MBR cycles

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience with supply chain exposure
• Proven ability to build and own complex, driver-based financial models
• Experience leading budgeting and forecasting for multi-line cost centers
• Advanced technical skills in SQL/Snowflake, Power BI, and Excel
