You'll leverage your HR background to consult on compliance for multiple countries at Unity. You'll provide day-to-day guidance, support process rollouts, and help teams make better decisions. This role offers the chance to shape global compliance practices and influence key business decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day guidance on HR Compliance requests
• Support roll out of HR compliant processes and projects
• Partner with teams to prepare statutory reports and surveys
• Conduct audits of HR processes to identify risks

📋 Requirements

• Familiarity with local employment laws in Israel
• Experience delivering process improvements
• Highly organized and analytical approach
