🎯 What You'll Do

• Review upcoming projects for execution risks and schedule constraints
• Develop and implement improvements to construction methods and processes
• Step into active projects to resolve complex field issues
• Identify opportunities for standardization and prefabrication

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in construction management
• Experience delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects
• Strong understanding of construction across multiple trades (civil, structural, electrical, site work)
• Ability to evaluate and improve construction methods and execution strategies

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting both planning/design phases and field execution
• Track record of solving ambiguous high-impact problems
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team alignment
