You'll lead driver acquisition and onboarding while managing community retention initiatives for Lalamove's Thailand operations. You will drive offline presence strategy and improve operational efficiency across multiple teams.

• Maintain driver acquisition and onboarding processes

• Oversee offline presence and vehicle sticker adoption programs
• Monitor team KPIs and operational outcomes

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years operational/leadership experience
• Team management with at least 3 direct reports
• Experience managing cross-functional projects
• Good command of English
