You'll design, develop, and test simulations of custom hardware for Sohu, the world's first transformer ASIC. Your work enables early software stack development and tight hardware-software co-design. This role offers the chance to shape the infrastructure for next-generation AI systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain accurate hardware simulations
• Create test plans and validate hardware documentation
• Build debug tools for simulation and software debugging
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams for simulation accuracy

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in C/C++
• Strong understanding of low-level software engineering
• Strong understanding of hardware engineering
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with hardware or system simulations (e.g., SystemC, gem5, QEMU)
• Experience with custom ML hardware accelerators (e.g., Google TPU)
• Experience with firmware, kernel and driver development (e.g., Linux, FreeRTOS)
