You'll lead and mentor a team of SREs to ensure reliability and performance of Okta's cloud infrastructure. You'll drive incident response and automation initiatives that impact millions of users and shape the future of identity security.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Mentor, manage, and lead a team of SREs
• Respond to production incidents and drive remediation
• Triage complex production issues for reliability
• Partner with stakeholders to align reliability, security, and velocity

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years managing SRE or SWE teams
• 13+ years overall experience in engineering
• Strong security background and knowledge
• BS in computer science or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Java/Tomcat and containerized services
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD, Linux, and networking
• Experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, KMS, Kinesis, RDS)
