You'll work with retail banks, credit card issuers, mortgage lenders, and other financial institutions to ensure regulatory compliance and consumer protection. 📋 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer eligible to practice in the UK.
• Demonstrated experience advising on consumer banking or retail financial services regulation.
• Experience advising retail banks or consumer finance providers.
• Experience drafting and advising on consumer finance documentation.

• Experience with BNPL (buy now, pay later) arrangements.
