💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end quality strategy for security product features at Endor Labs, a company building the application security platform for modern software. You'll design test automation frameworks, perform deep manual testing, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. The role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of developer productivity and security, leveraging AI tools to improve testing velocity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end quality strategy for product features from design to release
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and suites
• Perform deep manual and exploratory testing for complex security use cases
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for rapid releases

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years experience in software engineering or QA with strong automation testing exposure
• Proficiency in at least one language: Java, Python, or Go
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, Pytest
• Strong understanding of CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

• Experience in security/cybersecurity domain
• Ability to leverage AI tools like Cursor, Claude for testing
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts
