💼 About This Role

You'll assist in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts for a risk decisioning platform used by over 150 banks and fintechs. You'll support the legal team with contract management and regulatory research in a fast-paced environment. This internship offers exposure to scaling a global company's legal operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and review basic commercial contracts like NDAs and vendor agreements.
• Support contract management including trackers and internal records.
• Conduct legal research on regulatory and employment law matters.
• Prepare summaries and documentation for legal and compliance processes.

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing (final year) or recently completed LL.B. from a recognized Indian law school.
• Basic understanding of commercial contracts and corporate legal concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and readiness to use modern productivity tools.
• Based in Bangalore for regular in-office presence.
