As a Territory Manager at Charlie Health, you will build relationships with clinical partners in your local community, providing resources to people struggling with mental health. You'll champion the company's virtual behavioral health treatment programs, working closely with internal teams to drive market penetration and access to care.

Requirements

• Based in Greater Buffalo, NY
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead in-person meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and cement partnerships
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
