💼 About This Role

You'll lead Coates Group's Product Delivery function, partnering with Product Discovery, Engineering, and clients to translate feature requests into development-ready solutions. Your core impact will be owning the Design and Refinement lifecycle, ensuring high-quality UI/UX, specs, and user stories for efficient build and testing. This role oversees Product Owners, Technical Business Analysts, and Product Designers to drive delivery readiness and operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop Product Delivery and Design organization
• Own handoff and refinement process from Product Discovery to delivery
• Partner with Engineering and Delivery leadership on scope and sequencing
• Maintain expertise in Coates' product and client technology ecosystems

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product delivery or related experience
• Leadership experience managing Product Owners, BAs, or Designers
• Deep SDLC knowledge in Design and Refinement phases
• Experience with digital hardware or signage solutions
