Description

You will lead the design and implementation of Appian software solutions for the Defense Information Systems Agency, collaborating with clients and stakeholders. You will manage resources, mentor junior and senior developers, and ensure technical excellence on complex projects.

Requirements

• 4-5 years leading Appian software development teams
• 8-10 years software development experience (Appian preferred)
• Experience with databases and system integration
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (software engineering, CS, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions with clients and stakeholders
• Plan, lead, and manage resources on complex Appian projects
• Mentor and develop Junior and Senior Appian Developers
• Maintain technical knowledge and evaluate new technologies
