You'll serve as the connective tissue between design engineering and the shop floor, ensuring propeller components are producible and compliant with aerospace standards. You'll resolve manufacturing issues and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced startup environment. This role offers direct impact on product success and cross-functional collaboration.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day manufacturing and liaison engineering support
  • Evaluate designs for manufacturability and process readiness
  • Create and maintain manufacturing plans, work instructions, and MBOMs
  • Resolve shop floor issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Deep expertise in Lean manufacturing and manufacturing system design
  • Strong ability to read complex engineering drawings and GD&T
  • Experience in aerospace manufacturing with fabrication and assembly processes

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience with composite fabrication or processing
  • Familiarity with CATIA, NX, or similar 3D modeling tools
