💼 About This Role
You'll own the field-facing layer of Revenue Operations at Baseten, a high-growth AI platform. Your core impact is designing and managing sales compensation plans, territory and quota administration, and rules-of-engagement frameworks. You'll partner closely with Sales, Finance, and GTM Strategy to build trust and drive sales behavior through precise operational rigor.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design sales compensation plans aligned with GTM strategy and role definitions
- Own territory design, quota cascade, and rules-of-engagement framework
- Manage field-facing changes, disputes, and exception governance
- Measure incentive plan effectiveness and drive data-driven recommendations
📋 Requirements
- 5-10+ years in Revenue Operations at a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Demonstrated experience designing sales compensation plans across multiple quota-carrying roles
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and experience with ICM tools (e.g., CaptivateIQ)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM-to-comp workflow integration
