Description

You will own and execute the Live Operations roadmap and events for an RPG product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize retention and monetization. You'll work closely with Data Analysts, Game Designers, and Artists to deliver engaging content and analyze event performance.

Requirements

• Track record of Live Ops execution on market leading products
• Experience with A/B testing initiatives to maximize feature KPIs
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of mobile KPI metrics, preferably on collection RPGs
• Self-sufficient, resourceful, and keen on operational efficiency

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Live Ops roadmap and events for an RPG title aligned to product strategy
• Deliver complete Live Ops plan and participate in design and execution of Live Ops strategy
• Provide suggestions for tools requirements and improvements for efficiency
• Collaborate with Economy Designers to determine content, rewards, and pricing strategies
• Work with Analytics team to perform game performance reviews and identify actionable insights
