You'll drive expansion revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing SMB customer base, using proactive outreach and value-focused demos to align Nextiva's AI-powered platform with customer challenges. This onsite role in Guadalajara requires ownership of the full sales cycle and consistent performance against expansion targets.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing SMB accounts
- Conduct proactive outreach via calls, email, and SMS to uncover new opportunities
- Deliver value-focused demos that solve specific business problems
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and follow-up using Salesforce
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years experience in sales or account management in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue or activity-based performance goals
- Strong communication skills with advanced English fluency (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with outbound engagement and proactive customer communication
