Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Thorough understanding of GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with process improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare journal entries for general ledger accounts
• Analyze trends and variances to forecast and prior periods
• Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Assist with researching complex accounting transactions
• Coach and mentor junior team members
