💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design, launch, and scaling of internal AV service and repair operations for Flexdrive, a Lyft subsidiary. You'll build the founding technician team, develop training programs, and ensure maximum fleet readiness for autonomous vehicle fleets. This highly visible role offers the chance to pioneer a new chapter in transportation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategic launch of internal service and repair program
• Partner with People team to define AV technician hiring profile
• Serve as technical liaison between service floor and engineering teams
• Own fleet health metrics and operational budget

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of program management in AV/EV/Advanced Mobility sectors
• Experience recruiting technical talent and building training programs
• Proven ability to launch new service centers from scratch
• Solid understanding of AV sensor systems and EV high-voltage systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with facility layout and equipment procurement
• Certification in high-voltage safety (NFPA 70E)
• Background in automotive service operations
