💼 About This Role

You'll manage equity compensation administration for a high-growth private company. You'll ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of equity plans while serving as a key resource for employees and leadership. This role combines operational excellence with strategic thinking in a rapidly scaling environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end equity administration including grants, exercises, and terminations
• Maintain cap table and equity system ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Administer employee equity programs (ISOs, NSOs, RSUs)
• Partner with Payroll and Finance for equity-related reporting and tax withholding

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of equity/stock administration experience
• Strong working knowledge of equity plans, cap tables, and stock-based compensation
• Experience with equity management platforms like Carta, Shareworks, Fidelity, or Schwab
• Familiarity with ASC 718 accounting and 409A valuations

✨ Nice to Have

• International equity experience
• CEP certification or progress toward it
• High attention to detail and analytical skills
