You'll build and fuel the talent engine for a high-growth wealth management startup backed by top investors. You will identify and engage elite technical talent through creative sourcing strategies and multi-channel tactics. You'll operate at the intersection of research, strategy, and execution to shape hiring strategy with market intelligence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute sourcing strategies for critical technical roles using multi-channel tactics
• Map talent markets and uncover competitor org structures
• Deliver a personalized first-touch experience reflecting Titan's high bar
• Track funnel quality, sourcing impact, and candidate engagement metrics

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in high-growth tech
• Advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean logic and GitHub analysis
• Data fluency to interpret funnel metrics and market signals
• Technical curiosity to discuss programming languages and modern tech stacks

• Experience in agency recruiting
