💼 About This Role

You'll support a fast-paced finance operation processing invoices and payments across multiple locations. You'll ensure timely, accurate, and compliant transactions using automated AP systems like NetSuite and Coupa. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule in a global educational travel company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and compile payment requests with invoices and correct expense codes.
• Process manual bank payments and send payment confirmations.
• Reconcile vendor statements and support month-end close.
• Create and maintain vendor profiles in NetSuite.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel and Word).
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, and financial controls.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Epicor or NetSuite AP systems.
• Multi-currency transaction processing experience.
