You'll define and drive the product strategy for a SaaS platform evolving from monitoring into full Technical Asset Management. You'll translate complex operational and analytics insights into scalable product value, working at the intersection of energy systems and data-driven decision-making. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap in alignment with executive leadership
• Lead and develop a small senior product team guiding two product managers
• Translate complex technical and data-driven insights into scalable product offerings
• Continuously evaluate and refine the boundary between product features and service workflows
• Drive evidence-based product decisions using customer feedback and business impact analysis

📋 Requirements

• Strong domain experience in energy systems, utility-scale storage, grid operations, or energy trading
• Proven experience building or managing analytics-driven products with data pipelines and models
• Ability to engage credibly with highly technical stakeholders including engineers and commercial leaders
• 5+ years professional experience including at least 2+ years in product leadership or equivalent strategic role

• Experience identifying and productizing operational or service-based workflows into scalable features
