Description

Partner with the Retail Operations team to improve access to accurate policy and process documentation for store teams. You will interview stakeholders, update documents, and organize the digital library to support global retail teams.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed BA/MA in Communications, Business, Education/Instructional Design, or related field
• Ability to communicate effectively via writing, graphics, or other media
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva; working knowledge of Excel or Smartsheet
• Familiarity with retail or operations preferred

Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders to understand objectives and refine policy documents
• Identify obsolete and missing store documentation, create tracker for audits
• Update store documents for readability and accuracy, ensure consistency
• Review and curate store digital library, propose effective organization
• Present status updates to stakeholders and leadership
