You'll join Plata's KYC team to structure identity verification and onboarding logic. You'll gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into system specifications. This role offers the chance to scale identity infrastructure supporting multiple financial products and a rapidly growing customer base.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and optimize KYC configurations for fraud detection
• Design decisioning logic balancing automated and manual reviews
• Define case creation frameworks for manual validation
• Own KYC performance metrics like approval rate and false positives

📋 Requirements

• Strong SQL proficiency
• Proven hands-on experience in data-driven analysis
• Deep understanding of business and operational process design
• Experience with performance and quality metrics in high-volume environments

• Experience in KYC, fraud, risk, or compliance domains
• Experience integrating with external verification providers
• Understanding of automated decisioning logic and manual review lifecycle
