💼 About This Role

You'll own the reliability, compliance, and trust posture of our internal systems at an AI-native startup. You'll manage everything from user provisioning and device security to compliance automation, ensuring the company is audit-ready for SOC 2 and ISO 27001. This role blends traditional IT operations with modern trust and compliance automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and support core SaaS applications like Google Workspace, GitHub, and Okta.
• Operate and maintain the Vanta compliance automation platform for controls monitoring.
• Build automations for onboarding/offboarding and data syncs using low-code tools.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, network, and application issues.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or Security Engineering.
• Experience with Google Workspace and modern SaaS management.
• Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, and IAM.
• Working knowledge of compliance automation tools like Vanta or Drata.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune, or Kandji).
• Scripting or automation skills (Python, Zapier, Google Apps Script).
