You'll scale a high-intent marketplace and own metro-site P&L, building locally relevant partnerships and go-to-market plays. Your core impact is making Zipline the obvious choice across retail, food, healthcare, and industrial use cases. You'll lead a small high-output team and be Zipline's external face in the Phoenix region.

  • Own metro site P&L and customer metrics (GMV, fleet utilization, take rate).
  • Build and manage a healthy marketplace with high utilization and retention.
  • Drive regional local sales and partnerships with enterprise store activation.
  • Execute local marketing strategies for brand love and community engagement.
  • Align expansion priorities with operations for delivery capacity and quality.

  • Commercial or business leadership experience with P&L ownership or revenue accountability.
  • Proven ability to scale a product or business from launch through growth.
  • Deep commercial acumen to translate market insight into practical growth plans.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with C-suite audiences.
